How Our System Works

Each Carrier client is given an account page. That account can have as many store level or internal contacts processing claims as you might need. Each contact has a separate page indicating their particular contact information, address, email etc. Those contacts are given their own restricted login access to place claims on your account. A master contact that you designate can view all claims placed by all contacts on your account. Each contact can view the stauts of every open or pending claim that they have placed. Accordingly the master contact(s) can view all the open or pending claims. Placing a claim is as easy as logging in, and selecting the new request button. It literally takes under a minute to process. Once processed, a Zip Warranty Specialist will verify the IMEI status as warrantable, and update the claim as approved to send. We have set up a report printout that you can give to your client and/or send in with the handset. No RMA numbers are needed. Everything is tracked by the individual IMEI code. We have even placed fields for you to use to identify the your customer information phone etc. so that you have a one stop dashboard to track everything related to the handset.
