We create customized forward and reverse logistic solutions for our clientele which now consists of over 80% of the Regional Carriers as well as several Tier I carriers. We can supply you with a steady stream of product at very aggressive pricing. Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty, Zip Warranty Services covers all products shipped to our for one full year from the IMEI ship date. If the product cannot be repaired in house, or through one of our repair facilities, we will replace it at our expense.
Handset Provisioning Across All Manufacturers and Models
Zip Wireless uses the ZOTA proprietary over the air programming system. This system enables us to provision almost any handset regardless of the manufacturer, or model. What this means for you is a very accurate programming system, faster turn around time, and a lower field failure rate. This is primarily due to the fact that to OTA a unit, it not only has to power on, but connect to a network, and accept an over the air transmission. This system has reduced our field failure rates below 1%.

Through our communications with our carrier base, we have discovered that one of the most frustrating issues they face is in the marketing area. They are often forced to pay much higher prices for goods, and take them all in one shipment. In the end, you expose yourself overstock you can't turn, and marketing fund you basically subsidized through your purchases.

At Zip we will custom tailor a marketing plan for you. Marketing funds start accruing from handset #1 on your very first purchase. You can use those funds as you see fit, or work with Zip subsidized programs to increase the reach of your marketing budget. In addition, we usually save our customers 10-15% over the large distributor.

Through our systems, if a particular model isn't selling well, you don't have a warehouse full of them. Your exposure is limited and we can switch you to a unit that is selling well almost overnight. We stock based on your forecasts and don't force place product.
