Timothy Yeager - [President & CEO]
10-Years Wireless Industry Experience. Tim founded Zip Wireless in 1997 as a parts supplier to the refurbishing industry. He quickly grew this business into a multi-million dollar enterprise, serviing refurbishers and suppliers world wide. In late 2004-2005 Tim expanded Zip Wireless's portfolio to include refurbished handsets. This served as a natural progression to the parts side of the business where he started marketing the finished goods of many of his customers. This business then expanded into the new handset areana and grew to over 6 million in sales in 2005. In 2006 the service portfolio started to grow and customizations related to handset programming further increased revenues. Customizations for carriers downt to the most minute deail are now a general product offering of Zip Wireless. This facet of our business is expected to generate over 20m in sales in 2007.
Bill Yeager -- [Chief Operations Officer]
Bill co-founded and has served for 6 years as Controller for Zip Wireless and assisted in the building of the company's parts business. While working solely with Tim Yeager, Bill saw the business divisions grow from 852,000 in 2002 to over 6 million in 2006 Bills current role is COO (Chief Operations Officer). He oversees all employees in the logistics department and is responsible for execution of all processes, products and orders leaving or entering the facility. He is responsible for maintaing our inventory database accuracy which is currently over 98%. This is critical with a web driven portal as our inventory translates onto our live website. We pride ourselves on our inventory accuracy and timely shipping.
Joseph Napoli - [Chief Technology Officer]
Mr. Napoli brings to Zip over 9 years experience in the cellular industry starting with the foundation of a company and throughout the growth stages. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Zip Wireless and has helped Zip wireless grow its sales to over 20m annually. His stregnths are his in depth knowledge of handset software, his ability to customize that software to meet carrier specific requirements, and his ability to develop systems and processes to make business operations flow and inventory systems work seamlessly with internet based sales tools. He has designed and implemented a live inventory based website with real time updates for Zip Wireless. This system currently represents a significant portion of Zip's day to day parts and accessory sales. His function at Zip will be to implement those same systems toward information gathering and process flow for the massive amount of data we will be collecting daily on a per handset basis. He will be constructing databases to collect, and reporting tools to disseminate the information in a fasion that meets every client's customzied needs. This will be no small task as we are on pace to process approximately 50,000 handsets per month.
Arsenio Velazquez - [Latin America Business Development Manager]
Arsenio comes to Zip with over 15 years experience in the wireless industry. His strong points are sourcing from overseas vendors and his relationships with various Latin American carriers. In his first month on board, he has brought in several new carriers from Latin America, as well as assisted Zip in sourcing products from both Asia and Europe. In addition to his knowledge on handset sourcing, Arsenio as a strong hold on accessory distribution and has already started moving products into our new customer base. We expect our LAM distriubtion efforts to become a multi-million dollar monthly volume within only a few short months.
